Delete a child profile in StoryFrog

You can delete an additional child profile without deleting your StoryFrog account.

How to delete a child profile

1. Log in to the StoryFrog app.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Select Edit Profile.
4. Select the child profile you want to remove.
5. Tap Remove Profile.
6. Tap Save Changes to complete the removal.

At least one child profile must remain to use the app’s story-generation features.

What is deleted or kept?

Deleting a child profile removes that profile and its saved profile details. It does not delete previously generated stories or related historical data. These remain associated with your StoryFrog account until you request complete account deletion.

Delete your StoryFrog account

If you choose to leave StoryFrog, you can permanently delete your account and associated data using either method below.

Delete your account in the app

1. Open the StoryFrog app and sign in using your registered mobile number and OTP.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Select Delete My Account.
4. Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number to verify ownership.
5. Review the deletion notice and confirm Delete My Account.

Your account and associated data will be deleted immediately after confirmation.

Can’t access the app?

Email hello@storyfrog.ai with the subject “Delete my StoryFrog account”. Include your registered mobile number with its country code.

We’ll verify ownership through your registered mobile number and ask for your confirmation before deleting your account. You don’t need to reinstall the app. Never include an OTP in your email.

We’ll complete your request within 7 days after ownership verification and your confirmation, and notify you by email when deletion is complete.

What will be deleted?

Your account, registered mobile number, personal profile data, and data associated with your account will be permanently deleted.

Deletion cannot be undone. You will lose access to your account and its data.
