These terms explain the use of StoryFrog’s beta service and purchases of personalized stories. For help, contact hello@storyfrog.ai.

Using StoryFrog

StoryFrog is intended for parents and adult caregivers creating stories for children aged 2–9. An adult should manage registration, profile, purchases and story selection.

Stories and beta access

StoryFrog creates personalized audio and illustrated video stories from selected themes, profile details and language. Stories are approximately 2–3 minutes long. Illustrated video is a narrated picture-book experience with gentle transitions. Review generated stories before sharing them with your child. Stories support learning and conversation and do not replace professional advice.

Registering interest does not guarantee an invitation or immediate access. During beta, features and availability may change.

Cancellations and changes of mind

StoryFrog begins processing your personalized story immediately after payment, incurring generation and processing costs. Payments are therefore non-refundable for cancellations or changes of mind after payment. This does not affect eligibility for a refund or replacement for failed delivery, defective output, or duplicate charges.

Refunds & replacements

• If your story is missing, unplayable, or materially different from the selected language or personalization, contact us within 7 days of purchase. We offer a free replacement or refund for a confirmed issue.
• Duplicate charges for the same purchase are eligible for a refund of the duplicate amount.
• Email hello@storyfrog.ai with your order and/or payment reference and a description of the issue.
• We aim to respond within 2 business days and initiate approved refunds within 5 business days. The time for funds to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.
